Complaint Definitions

Unfounded The allegation is false or not factual
Exonerated The incident occurred but the employee's actions were justified
Not Sustained The facts as presented are insufficient to prove or disprove the allegation
Sustained The allegation is supported by sufficient evidence to justify a reasonable conclusion of guilt. If sustained, discipline may be issued by the Director of Public Safety
